NEAT's Keg Track is a cost-effective solution to monitor and control brewery inventory. The system uses NControl's NEAT software and the latest RFID hardware to monitor the location of all Kegs in the facility and whether the Kegs is filled (and with what product) or empty. The system also has the ability to input information when Kegs are filled to indicate what product was used and the expiration date of the contents. The system can also be used to indicate where the Keg was shipped to. This NEAT System includes a number of standard reports that display current locations as well as historic reports on Keg location and movement history. These reports allow users to view information based on the Keg, by location or by specific event.

This system monitors receiving doors and filling station areas. When a Keg nears these areas, personnel input information to define product and distribution information, allowing personnel to know what product is completed and where it is going.

All Kegs are tracking while in the facility including empty Kegs, Kegs Filled Awaiting Shipped and Shipped Kegs. Know where your inventory is instantly. Know how long Kegs have been out of the facility. Know which Kegs need to be distributed first.

Shows the Real-time location of all RFID tags
KegTrack continually monitors for the presence of tags and will dynamically update location information every time a RFID tags is detected at a reader and the reports will reflect any change in location. NEAT Keg Track reports display all location changes per Keg.

Ensure that all product shipped is fresh
The system can set the Expiration Date of the Keg's contents so a FIFO (First In First Out) process can be used for distribution to prevent losses from expired products. Base production on product levels and know the expiration date of products already shipped.

Keg Track can joining tags together
Tags can be designated in the database as either a 'child' or 'parent'. KegTrack monitors the readers to determine if one of each tag type is at the reader at the same time. If so, the Parent/Child system will indicate the joining and can some action based on the event.

Track location and movement of facility visitors
The Visitor Service uses the RFID tracking hardware already installed to monitor visitors as they move around your facility. Use the system to check in/out visitors, designate responsible party and expected time in the facility. Account for all visitors in an emergency.

Monitor different types of assets with a single application
Keg Track allows the user to define different asset types that can be used to monitor different assets with a single application. Each asset type has unique information fields that are specific to the asset. Users can search and display information based on these asset types.
